Milking machine brushes or teat brushes are available in many different designs, which indicate the quality and thus the cleaning effect of the brushes. The simplest form is the two-stage teat brush with a simple wooden handle and polyamide trim.

We value the highest quality and, instead of a piece of wood, use a finished file handle that is reinforced by a metal ring. This guarantees a long service life. The wooden handle can be rotated and is therefore designed for optimal use. Instead of the 2-step equipment, we use 3-steps to be able to reach every corner of the milking machine. In addition, instead of the inexpensive polyamide, we also offer a bristle facing in the middle, which, thanks to its surface volume, can absorb more dirt, especially at critical points. The top part of the brush is angularly cut on the inexpensive brushes. We use matrices to be able to reproduce the oval shape.

Different fillings allow easy and thorough cleaning, and the wooden handle offers extreme stability in handling.

The quality brush was made in Germany and meets the highest standards of quality and durability.
